To use the library catalogue to renew your books you need a PIN number. You can obtain a PIN number by contacting or visiting your local library. If you need a PIN number outside library opening hours you can obtain one by phone from the 24/7 Contact Centre 0845 600 6400. For security reasons, before a PIN number is issued you will be required to provide your library membership number and be able to confirm some personal details from your membership record.
